  • Grade 2 – 4: Progressively lower protein and gluten content, suitable for various bread and pastry applications.
  • Grade 5: Feed wheat, ideal for animal feed due to its lower protein content.

Grade 3: 12.5% protein / 23% wet gluten
Grade 4: 11% protein / 18% wet gluten
